Responding to listings

There are several ways to respond to listings placed by third parties. Which options are available is determined by the advertiser.

  1. By viewing the contact details of the advertiser (telephone number, e-mail address). This requires an account for the protection of the advertiser. When contact data is retrieved, anonymous statistics are shared with the provider. To detect misuse of the platform, your account number, email address and IP address are also stored. We store this information for up to 1 year after retrieval and only process/share it where required by law (e.g. if the police require it in the case of suspected crime) or for internal fraud prevention purposes.
  2. By sending a reaction via the contact form, you can send a message to the advertiser. For this purpose, the information you provide, as well as the data on your account (name, email address) and technical information (IP address, browser), will be stored for up to 1 year for the purpose of detecting abuse of the platform, and shared with the advertiser via email and their portal.
